Your investment property will be inspected as many times as you want, including a comprehensive report complete with pictures. Our inspections are performed by a licensed home inspector.
Your monthly rent is directly deposited into your bank account every month.

We have an in house Paralegal on staff to handle any and all legal issues pertaining to the Landlord and Tenant Board.
We collect all monthly rent from tenants and then deposit into your account.

We verify applicants current employment and stated income, check credit history, contact previous landlords and present you with the results.
