There are two answers. Yes, Fuse Property Management will manage investment condos.

No, Fuse PM does not manage condominium corporations.

If you are looking for a team of professionals to assist you with renting out your investment condo apartment or townhouse, in the Barrie, Orillia, Wasaga Beach or pretty much anywhere in Simcoe County area, Fuse Property Management does exactly that.

We will advertise your condo for rent, do all the showings, screen all tenants, with your approval sign the standard Ontario lease agreement along with confirming all utilities and insurance have been properly set up.

We can also stay on after the condo has been rented and collect the rent and coordinate any maintenance as well as staying on top of any landlord tenant board notices, like N4’s and annual rent increases. Rent money is deposited directly into your bank account every month.

Our management plans start at only $48 per month.

We do not manage condominium corporations, things like meeting with condominium board members etc.
