Note: We do not require or collect Social Insurance Numbers unless legally necessary and only with clear justification and safeguards. Please do not include your SIN on applications unless specifically requested.

- Match renters to available units based on preferences and eligibility.

- Verify identity, evaluate applications, and perform credit/tenant screening (with consent).
- Comply with legal and regulatory obligations (e.g., accounting, record‑keeping, Residential Tenancies Act requirements).
- Improve our website and services via analytics and troubleshooting.
- Send marketing communications (with consent and an easy unsubscribe option).
4) Consent & Your Choices
- We collect, use, and disclose personal information with your knowledge and consent, except where permitted or required by law.

- If you withdraw consent for application/tenancy processing, we may be unable to proceed with your application or provide certain services.

- Property owners/landlords for the purpose of evaluating applicants, managing tenancies, and fulfilling landlord obligations.

We securely delete or anonymize data when no longer needed.
