Submit documentation
- Once you have completed the online application, Please Send ALL proof of Income documents for EACH applicant.
- If employed: Please send SCANS of 4 of your most recent paystubs and a letter of employment
- If self employed: Please send SCANS of 2 of your most recent years tax document that shows the income (such as T4A) – you may cross out personal info, we just need to see your name and income

If other forms of income (pension, OW, disability, etc): please send SCANS of official documents/receipts for the most recent payments showing the amounts
- Accepted Credit Reports : SCANS of FULL Equifax/Transunion/Credit Karma Reports for each person
- Driver's License(s) SCANS: for each person
