We Are Hiring! Live On Site Building Superintendent
WE ARE LOOKING FOR A TEAM to live and work on-site and take care of the day to day business for a residential apartment complex in Barrie.
Would suit retired persons that are handy and personable. This position is open to a
TEAM (2 people).
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $42,000.00-$46,000.00 per year
Duties would consist of but not limited to:
- Cleaning
- Minor Repairs
- Showing Vacant Units to Prospective Tenants
- Garden and Lawn Care
- Coordinating and providing Access For Contractors
- Rent Collection
You would be working alongside with an off-site property manager who will assist with many of the other details/ duties involved in the day to day management of the building to create a stress free working environment.
The successful couple/team would be provided with a two-bedroom apartment with phone, internet and cable and on-site parking.
